On Sunday 30 August, it’s finally time for UK, after Japan and USA, to celebrate 55DSL’s Fifteen Fuckin Years and what better way to celebrate than an end of summer party, welcoming back both YoYo and the It’s Bigger Than crew?

This time we’re stepping things up, well it is our birthday after all! We’re taking over the whole of the legendary William IV pub, for the full 12 hours of party mayhem. With Leo The Rave, G The P and Cutmaster Max of It’s Bigger Than, Skream (with a surprise MC), Ms Dynamite and the rest of an astonishing lineup (click here to see the flyer), Japanese artist Dragon76 (see some of his works after the jump) flying in especially to create a live birthday master piece, a back-to-‘94 prop room available for your dressing up pleasure, Notting Hill carnival on the doorstep and last but not least a free bar till it lasts, well… you’ve got yourself a party not to be missed!

55DSL often plays host to cutting edge art exhibitions and events in the creative studio space in London, entitled Studio55, within the Flagship Store in Newburgh Street and tonight it will play host to the launch of the new single by latest exciting popstar to come out of Sweden, Island Records’ Erik Hassle.

Erik will perform tracks from his debut album, “Pieces”, while the coming artist Cath Love boasts colourful and experimental designs specialising in graffiti, illustration and design: she will be re- creating Erik’s album sleeve as a special murial on the walls of the Studio.

Don’t miss the special showcase starting at 6pm to get your hands on one of nine limited edition 7” vinyl copies of the new single, specially customized by Cath!

Just a few months ago, at the Hong Kong’s date of the Cut&Paste Digital Design Tournment, 55DSL invited the Chinese friends to dress up with their own creativity the brand’s new significant other, the one and only Atom Plastic’s Señor Blanco!

55 of the best submissions have gone on display at the 55DSL Flagship Store in Causeway Bay and 5 winners have been choosen through people voting there: they will receive the super limited Vasava x 55DSL x Atom Plastic Señor Blanco, only 1555 made worldwide!
