It’s been hard waiting, we know, but now we can show the result of the hot trip that Bronques from Lastnightsparty did last summer with the 55DSL’s crew, the JLB Charlene and the Bloody Beetroots on the occasion of the brand new 55DSL Kobe Store opening.

As you probably remember from the previous post,  last Summer 55DSL sent Bronques in 3 different cities to shoot his free interpretation of the “live at least 55 seconds per day”: 3 supersexy videos, radically different from each other, just like the cities involved…

So LA, Tokyo and next stop: our native Italy! OMG! Can you wait for that?

It’s days that Milan is listening to rumors on this: something new and powerful is brewing in the city as the Christmas preparations get underway!

Just in time for the magic of the season, as the Diesel Planet Store in San Babila — the biggest Diesel Store in the world — gets ready to unveil its new space, 55DSL will invade the Galleria Passerella location with a brand new 55DSL TemporART Store opening on the 3rd December with a huge party!

Under the direction of Andrea Rosso, the 55DSL creative team has infact changed and customized the store with yet another cutting edge graphic concept: representing two parallel worlds, the space will be divided into a white section and a black one, allowing the brilliant 55DSL collection to pop!

Inspired by Andrea’s passion for music and design, the 55DSL TemporART Store will give young artists an opportunity to showcase their talent by customizing an area of the display window according to their own unique vision. The first artist to sign on is T.O.D.O.S., a Spanish collective who draw their inspiration directly from the streets and bars of Madrid. Their art seeks to break conventional notions and bring an end to oppressive behaviours. T.O.D.O.S el poder!!!

Last night, while walking through Ticinese, our friends at Diedlastnight saw spotlights, girls and a camera-team inside the 55DSL flagship store… and just few hours later those incredibly hot chicks were doing something crazy in Galleria Passerella, where the 55DSL TemporART Store is opening in a while…

Just few days before the Diesel family celebrated their xXx, Jeff Carvalho and Michael Williams had the opportunity to sit down with 55DSL’s Creative Director and owner Andrea Rosso in the brand new New York City’s showroom.

They spoke for Highsnobiety about 55DSL and the market, the brand’s heritage and the dreams for the future, the trips to Japan and the USA, up to his happy childhood in the fashion industry and his streetwear-inspirational teenage in Bassano.

Following the success of their Notting Hill’s exhibition in August, 55DSL and Mitchy Bwoy have teamed up again to open a brand new exhibition space in London!

Starting from this Winter, the 55DSL Newburgh Street Flagship store will infact play host to the best artists that you don’t know but may already appreciate: looking further than the end of our own noses - 55DSL is committed to using this space to celebrate the true originators of all the disciplines of visual arts!

And to kick things off soon, 55DSL proudly presents a collaboration between Rabodiga and Mitchy Bwoy with “Hell Hath No Fury”, an exhibition that will explore the basic themes surrounding trust, sexuality and innocence, where the artists will take turns at being the wolf and the little red riding hood… Will innocence prevail? Only you can decide!

The first day for the public to see this show is Saturday 6th of December - from 12pm - the artists will be in residence. The work from this show is available to buy, prices range up to £1500, and that’s not all: to accompany this show there are 55 limited edition prints, with the stunning image you see in the picture above, all signed by the artists, at £95 each that only the first 20 will be able to buy at £55!
